Emmanuelle GERARD-DEPREZ has been a member of the Bordeaux Bar Association since 1997.
She is a lawyer specialist in the law of guarantees, securities and enforcement measures.
Trained to collaborative Law, her main practice focuses on banking and debt collection, family law (divorce, division of estates and succession), corporate law (drafting of legal documents, litigation) and property seizures.
She holds a master’s degree in French business law and Anglo-American law (Paris X Nanterre university ) and an Advanced Master degree in international business law and management (ESSEC business school).

Arnaud FLEURY has been a member of the Bordeaux Bar Association since 1997.
He works with companies, banks, insurance companies,
private hospital, professional organizations
and real estate companies throughout France.
Over the years, he has developed a number of partnerships with other professionals (notaries,
bailiffs, accountants and legal representatives) to ensure effective
and prompt handling of all matters.
In addition to a solid legal background (Master degree in private law from Paris X Nanterre),
Arnaud FLEURY is also graduate from E.P.S.C.I – BBA ESSEC.
